Located in Morocco’s capital, Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah is a historic venue with a current capacity of 65,000. It has hosted numerous high-profile matches, including international friendlies and CAF Champions League finals. The stadium will undergo significant upgrades to meet FIFA World Cup 2030 standards, enhancing its seating capacity, infrastructure, and technology. Its prime location in Rabat makes it a key venue for both AFCON 2025 and the World Cup 2030.
The Stade Al Barid in Rabat is a smaller venue with a 18,000-seat capacity, primarily used for club matches and training sessions. For AFCON 2025, it will serve as an additional training facility, helping teams prepare for major tournament matches in the capital.
This 21,000-seat stadium serves as an annex to Rabat’s main stadium and is regularly used for domestic competitions. It will play a supporting role during AFCON 2025, providing training grounds and hosting secondary tournament matches.
